Refund policy
Kid's Country has a 14 Day Return Policy, which means you have (up to and including 14 days) from time of Purchasing your item to be returned or come in store in person to do so personally.
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item MUST Not be a Reduced to Clear/Sale item, it MUST be in the Same Original Condition that you received it, NEW, Unworn or Unused, Not Damaged or Altered in any way (by you or third party on your behalf), (Stained, Dirty, Sticky, Smelly, Ripped, Torn, Snagged, Laundered, Dry Cleaned, Scuffed, Scratched, Marked, Creased, etc) with All Tags Attached, and in its Original Packaging and Number of Pieces. You’ll also need the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
Any Item(s) that do not meet the Conditions mentioned above or deemed not in Resellable Condition by our Customer Service Personnel, WILL NOT be Eligible for Return and therefore will not be Accepted for Return or Exchange.

If your return is accepted, a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A Tracking Number will be Required

PRODUCT DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON RETURNABLE and or EXCHANGABLE ITEMS:
- Reduced to Clear/Sale/Final Sale Items.
- Special Occasion/Ceremonial Wear/Formal Wear (Baptismal, Christening, Communion, Confirmation, Graduation, Wedding, Party/Flower Girl/Ring Bearer, etc) are Final Sale.
- Special Orders, Custom Orders and Personalized Orders or Items are all Final Sale.
- Due to Health Regulations, Undergarments(undershirts, underwear, hosiery & including swimwear) & (hair accessories, masks & jewelry) cannot be Exchanged or Returned for Hygienic Reasons and therefore Final Sale.
- Giftables & Cards are Final Sale.
- Gift Cards or Certificates Cannot be Returned or Exchanged!
- Shoes must be in Original Box and in Original Condition (not Scuffed, Scratched, Creased, Dirty) or will be deemed Final Sale.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges or Store Credit can ONLY be issued up to 14 Days from Original Date of Purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can only be possible following the same policy and procedure under the full "Return Policy" stated above.
