I just wanted to pass on a note on how pleased I was with the service that I had received from ‘Carlo’ when shopping for my son’s suit for his Holy Communion. I am always happy with my shopping experiences at your store, but this one was worth writing. Carlo was friendly and patient with my son, Justin. He listened to what he was looking for and he definitely delivered. I was a little sceptical about the colour of shirt that he had picked out with the suit, but as soon as my son came out of the dressing room with the ‘pink’ shirt under his beautiful suit, not only did it look amazing, it lit up my son’s face completely. Carlo has such a great sense of style, Justin looked amazing on his special day. I am so fortunate to have your store close to us for all our formal (and relaxed) clothing wear. I was in last night – you will remember – the panic stricken woman desperately shopping for a fussy 8 year old girl with less than two days left before an event. I had to email you to thank you. First of all, for being so kind to and patient with me; second of all, for helping me choose the perfect outfit. I tried it on Christina (my daughter) last night. You were right. The silver dress fit perfectly as did the little jacket and shoes. I cannot thank you enough!!! You satisfied a very fussy and self-conscious little girl and a time constrained and frustrated working mother – not an easy task.
